• Estimated delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.

• Orders under $60: $5.95 shipping.

• Orders of $60 or more: Free shipping.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or holidays.

Exchanges

All sales are final. Merchandise in good condition can be exchanged within 30 days, either by shipping or in person at Charls Men Store in San Juan.

Delayed or Missing Packages

Suxess is not responsible for carrier delays or losses when an order has been shipped to the correct address. If your package is delayed or missing, contact us—we’ll help you check its status and locate it.
